Pamela Switzer – Co-Owner & Vice President of Business Operations
Pamela Switzer is Co-Owner and Vice President of Business Operations for Anytime Tree Service. She oversees the administrative and operational side of the company, helping ensure the business runs efficiently and customers receive professional, organized service from start to finish.
Pamela manages many of the key functions that support the company’s daily operations, including marketing, finance, payroll, human resources, and customer relations. Her role focuses on maintaining the systems, communication, and organization that allow projects to run smoothly and crews to stay focused on delivering quality work in the field.
Pamela brings nearly three decades of business ownership experience, having owned and operated businesses since 1996. Her background in business management and operations has helped establish the structure and professionalism that customers have come to expect from Anytime Tree Service.
Together with her husband Scott, Pamela co-founded Anytime Tree Service in 2013, combining Scott’s extensive tree industry expertise with strong business leadership to build a trusted, family-owned company serving homeowners throughout Medina and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
As a family-owned and locally operated business, Pamela takes pride in helping provide dependable service, clear communication, and a positive experience for every customer.

Scott Switzer – Owner & Founder
Scott Switzer is the Owner and Founder of Anytime Tree Service and brings more than 33 years of experience in the tree industry. His career began in 1993, working in a hickory sawmill in Tennessee, where he developed an early appreciation for the tree industry and the importance of quality workmanship.
After returning to Ohio, Scott continued building his experience by working independently and alongside family members in the industry. Over the years, he developed a reputation for strong work ethic, dependable service, and a straightforward approach to working with customers.
In 2013, Scott founded Anytime Tree Service after moving to Medina, Ohio. What began as an opportunity to supplement income quickly grew into a full-time business as customers recognized the quality of his work, attention to detail, and commitment to leaving every property clean and well cared for.
Today, Scott remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring each project reflects the values that built the business—honest pricing, professional work, and dependable customer service.
