Pamela Switzer – Co-Owner & Vice President of Business Operations
Pamela Switzer is Co-Owner and Vice President of Business Operations for Anytime Tree Service. She oversees the administrative and operational side of the company, helping ensure the business runs efficiently and customers receive professional, organized service from start to finish.
Pamela manages many of the key functions that support the company’s daily operations, including marketing, finance, payroll, human resources, and customer relations. Her role focuses on maintaining the systems, communication, and organization that allow projects to run smoothly and crews to stay focused on delivering quality work in the field.
Pamela brings nearly three decades of business ownership experience, having owned and operated businesses since 1996. Her background in business management and operations has helped establish the structure and professionalism that customers have come to expect from Anytime Tree Service.
Together with her husband Scott, Pamela co-founded Anytime Tree Service in 2013, combining Scott’s extensive tree industry expertise with strong business leadership to build a trusted, family-owned company serving homeowners throughout Medina and surrounding Northeast Ohio communities.
As a family-owned and locally operated business, Pamela takes pride in helping provide dependable service, clear communication, and a positive experience for every customer.

Scott Switzer – Owner & Founder
Scott Switzer is the Owner and Founder of Anytime Tree Service and brings more than 33 years of experience in the tree industry. His career began in 1993, working in a hickory sawmill in Tennessee, where he developed an early appreciation for the tree industry and the importance of quality workmanship.
After returning to Ohio, Scott continued building his experience by working independently and alongside family members in the industry. Over the years, he developed a reputation for strong work ethic, dependable service, and a straightforward approach to working with customers.
In 2013, Scott founded Anytime Tree Service after moving to Medina, Ohio. What began as an opportunity to supplement income quickly grew into a full-time business as customers recognized the quality of his work, attention to detail, and commitment to leaving every property clean and well cared for.
Today, Scott remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring each project reflects the values that built the business—honest pricing, professional work, and dependable customer service.

Pine Trees And Pollen – Ohio
You may have noticed in our photo gallery pictures of a pine tree removal job performed by our crew with pollen disbursing into the air. The pollen effect in May/June can be pretty intense and visible when removing pine trees during these months specifically. The yellow dust that you may see floating around in the air, on sidewalks, patios, decks or cars is very likely from the pine trees in your yard and neighborhood. Check out the video link below. This is a common occurrence experienced by our crew and many other tree crews during May and June! It is fascinating to see it in progress, it can be messy and cause issues for those that suffer from allergies, but necessary to occur in nature.
Ask one of our crew members about this job! They can tell you first hand from their experience on the job site about removing pine trees and the pollen unleashing phenomenon.
Best Types of Trees/Bushes To Plant – Ohio
We are frequently asked what are the best types of trees or bushes to re-plant in an area where a tree or bush may have been removed by our crew. There are many options available to property owners that offer the best optimal growth and success within our region. It is always best for economic and environmental reasons to choose a species that will thrive in our environment and weather patterns throughout the state. Often times, we have to remove a tree or bush for a customer that probably should not have been planted in the first place, either it is not best for our environment and does not thrive or it was planted in an area that is just simply too small which requires removal quicker than the usual life of the tree or bush would be under normal circumstances. It is unfortunate when either of these situations occur.
Also, a good rule to note is that it is always best to re-plant at least 16” – 18” inches away from where any stump grinding may have taken place. A small amount of research can go a long way for the best options when considering where and what type of tree or bush to plant in Ohio. The link below offers a few helpful tips regarding tree and bush species that are recommended to be planted in the buckeye state.
